Founded in 2019 by a passionate group of dedicated parents, Livermore Valley Academy was born out of a desire to create a nurturing educational environment where every child can flourish. Our commitment to fostering a love for learning extends beyond the classroom, encouraging students to explore, inquire, and develop critical thinking skills that will serve them throughout their lives. By creating a supportive atmosphere where curiosity is celebrated, we empower our students to embrace their potential and become lifelong learners.
Our Unique Educational Approach
We provide a multisensory learning experience, utilizing the Slingerland Program to support students with language-based learning differences. Our curriculum is tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring that every child can thrive at their own pace. With two Slingerland-certified teachers, including Ms. Hernandez, our specialized instruction empowers students by honoring their distinct learning styles.
We are proud to offer small class sizes, with an average of just 10 students per class. This low teacher-to-student ratio allows for personalized guidance and fosters meaningful relationships between students and faculty. In our early childhood program, we lay a strong phonics foundation using the Heggerty phonics system, setting the stage for literacy success.
